Service requires usable signal and line of sight. Availability is determined after reviewing the property.

Speeds

Advertised speeds are plan maximums and are not guaranteed. Performance may be affected by weather, equipment, interference, congestion, and site conditions.

Installation and trial

Installation pricing depends on equipment and labor. New service includes a 14-day trial. Labor charges are not refundable.

Contract

Residential service is offered without a long-term service contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
